"The staff here is on point. Special shoutout to Shagan for the assistance today. Placed an order over the phone with the general call center/hotline for placing carry out orders. Placed an order for a large stuffed crust Hawaiian and a Large Stuffed Crust Meat Lovers Pizza. Quoted $65.20. Got to the store to pick up. Shagan immediately noticed that I was about to be over charged for my order. Shagan advised me to cancel the order and then she would ring me up at the correct price. Called the hotline to cancel the order, telling them there is no way I will agree to being over charged and to cancel my order. Honestly felt scammed when calling them back. If it wasnt for Shagan’s excellent service, I would have been overcharged. Honest customer service is hard to come by these days, so thank you Shagan for your help!"

"I wanted to give one but there are already so many but its ok if gonna go in such a busy place not gonna get everything best. Everyone was so busy people get frustrated customers and employees so both need to understand. Wait time said 25min but 15min +bcz store was busy Pizza taste good but when pizza gets rested for a while cheese and side crust got hard unable to eat. I like pizza pizza but not coming on this location when its busy. I don’t want to eat hard pizza. And tattoo guy all talking about he was good. maybe people don’t know how to take respect . Ladies were busy so If person is busy they will get angry human behaviour. Don’t know who to blame no one is at fault."
